Our E-Team is a cross disciplinary team working on a Voice Activated Remote Control (VARC) at Fresno State University (California State University, Fresno).

An E-Team project is structured to take an idea, starting with a design and proposal, and finishing with a working prototype and the knowledge required to mass market an end product. This includes complete engineering technical design and documented development, creating a business plan, human factor observations, surveys and market research, and presenting the idea to potential investors. This process requires constant team work and communication as well as regular formal presentations.

The goal of team Control Freaks is to take the idea of a Voice Activated Remote Control, develop a design and proposal, and end up with a working initial prototype of the VARC and the knowledge required to mass market our product.
